Neon Charades Terms of Use

Last updated 1 September 2026

These terms cover Neon Charades, a game published by Fluxion Interactive. Installing or playing the game means you accept them.

The license

We grant you a personal, non exclusive license to install and play Neon Charades on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or attempt to extract its word lists or artwork for use elsewhere.

Free play

The game is free to play every day, with a limited number of rounds and 50 words in each category. We may adjust what the free tier includes in future releases.

Passes

A pass unlocks the full word list and every game setting for a fixed period: one day, three days, one week, one month, or one year. Passes are one off purchases. Nothing renews automatically, and there is no subscription to cancel.

A pass starts when you buy it and runs for its full length. If you buy a second pass while one is still running, the new time is added to the end of the current one rather than running alongside it, so no time you have paid for is lost.

Because the game has no accounts, a pass is tied to the store account that bought it. Reinstalling the game, or installing it on another device signed into the same store account, restores whatever time is left.

Payment and refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. We never see your payment details. Refunds are governed by the store's policy and must be requested through the store that took the payment, since we have no ability to issue one.

Playing the game safely

Neon Charades is played by holding a phone against your forehead and tilting it, often while other people are acting things out nearby. Please use sense about where you play: keep clear of other people, furniture, and anything breakable, and hold the phone firmly.

Content

The word lists include the names of well known public figures, films, and music. Naming them is not a claim of any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

Player names you type stay on your device. Nothing you enter is transmitted anywhere or seen by anyone else.

Availability

We aim to keep the game working on supported devices, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. We may change or withdraw features in future releases.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the game is provided as is and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for a pass in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
